Usage: to wipe a file and obfuscate its name before deletion, first rename the file to something .fishfood, eg. example.txt becomes example.txt.fishfood, then launch the .fishfood file to begin the wiping!

If you move the wrasse.exe file to another location you will need to run it from that location to do the setup.
